In 2008 we removed our old beach house at Omaha Beach and built a new home on the same site.

Grant's management of all aspects of the project, from removal of the old house through construction and completion of the new home was totally professional.

The house is constructed in a combination of painted weatherboards, concrete block and cedar with references to more traditional beach houses but with strong modern lines on an elevated site. From the initial stages, every aspect of the project was well planned, achieving timing guidelines and budgets. The workmanship of all his team is of the highest standard and all showed genuine attention to all details in order to ensure a high quality and long lasting finish.

Grant kept us informed on all aspects of progress regularly and always communicated any perceived requirements or changes needing to be made in processes, materials or budgeting.

Grant built and project managed our house construction in Omaha in 2007/08.

The house design was complicated, challenging and required much attention to detail and careful finishing. Construction was concrete block/plaster, cedar battening and cedar joinery.
